## Free Shipping

We offer **FREE shipping** on all orders within the continental United States.

## Shipping Destinations

- **Continental US:** Free shipping (48 states)
- **Alaska, Hawaii, and US Territories:** Contact us for shipping quotes
- **International:** Currently not available — contact us for special arrangements

## Processing Time

- Orders are processed within 1-2 business days
- Orders placed before 2 PM EST typically ship same day
- Custom or bulk orders may require additional processing time

## Shipping Methods

We ship via USPS, UPS, or FedEx based on package size and destination. Carrier selection is at our discretion unless you specify otherwise.

## Estimated Delivery Times

- Standard shipping: 3-7 business days
- Orders are delivered Monday-Friday (no weekend delivery)

## Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking information. You can also track your order by visiting our tracking page or logging into your account.

## Shipping Delays

We are not responsible for delays caused by:

- Carrier delays or misroutes
- Incorrect shipping address provided by customer
- Customs delays (international)

## Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
