# REFUND POLICY

We want you to be completely satisfied with your Protecht Hoist Pads. If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.
## Returns
To be eligible for a return:
- Item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it
- Item must be in original packaging
- You must have proof of purchase (order number)
## Non-Returnable Items
- Items that have been used or installed
- Items damaged due to misuse or improper handling
- Custom orders (items made to your specifications)
## Return Process
To initiate a return:
1. Contact us at sales@protechthoist.com with your order number
2. We will provide you with return shipping instructions
3. Ship the item back to us within 14 days of receiving instructions
## Refunds
Once we receive your return, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the buyer unless the item is defective or we made an error.
## Exchanges
If you received a defective item or need to exchange for a different size, contact us immediately. We will cover shipping for exchanges due to defects or errors on our part.
