- All orders are subject to availability and confirmation
- We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion
- Order confirmation does not constitute acceptance of order

## Pricing

- Prices are listed in USD and subject to change
- We reserve the right to modify prices at any time without notice
- Promotional pricing is valid only during the specified period

## Shipping

- Free shipping to continental United States
- Shipping times vary based on location and carrier
- Risk of loss passes to buyer upon delivery to carrier
- We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers

## Warranty

Our 10-year warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship. See product page for complete warranty details.

**Warranty does NOT cover:**
- Damage from misuse or improper installation
- Damage from liquids or exposure to elements
- Normal wear and tear
- Items that have been modified

## Limitation of Liability

Protecht shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our products. Our total liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the product.
