When you buy a Protecht hoist pad, you are covered by our 5-year guarantee against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use on a 2-post lift. That guarantee starts on your purchase / delivery date.
2) 5-year warranty (timestamped when YOU post a review)
After you leave YOUR product feedback (a real review — stars + a few honest words), that review is the timestamp that locks in your 5-year warranty on that order.
- Guarantee = our standing 5-year promise from purchase
- Warranty = the same 5-year protection formally confirmed when your review is posted (your review date is the stamp)
- We stand behind this. If something is wrong, we fix it with you.
First 100 reviews this year
The first 100 honest reviews in the calendar year get this guarantee → warranty path confirmed by email (order number + review link). Real experiences only — good or constructive.
How to claim the review timestamp
- Receive your pads and use them as intended
- Post a product review on the product page or email sales@protechthoist.com with order # and your feedback
- We email you confirming your 5-year warranty is stamped from your review date
What is not covered
- Misuse, improper installation, or modification
- Damage from chemicals/liquids or abuse
- Normal cosmetic wear
