We want you to be completely satisfied with your Protecht Hoist Pads. If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

Returns

To be eligible for a return: Item must be unused and in original packaging. You must have proof of purchase.

Non-Returnable Items

Items used/installed, damaged due to misuse, custom orders.

Return Process

Contact sales@protechthoist.com with order number. Ship back within 14 days.

Refunds

Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days to original payment method.

Return shipping

Return shipping is paid by the buyer unless the item is defective or we made an error.
